The following slides detail deadlines and specs for <KORE_AccountName>’s contractual assets for the 2017 season. 

Measures of Success

Measures of Success (MOS) are the measureable partnership goals established by the Packers and their partners each season. The partnership’s MOS help the Packers understand what our partners are expecting to get out of their investment with the team.

 

How it Works: The Packers and the partners will work to establish the partnership’s MOS at the start of each season. Throughout the season, the Packers will track progress and make adjustments as necessary. At the end of each season, the Packers will work with the partner to evaluate each MOS and evaluate how successful the partnership was.

 

In order to better define Measures of Success, we have established the following categories to help guide us:

 

Define: What are the Measures of Success? Please keep the following in mind when establish the MOS:

     Number of MOS will be unique to each partner and their needs.

     MOS should be measurable and trackable.

     MOS should be attainable with the reach of Packers controlled assets.

     MOS should be associate with the Packers brand.

 

Strategy: How do we get there?

 

Measurement: Quantify - how will we measure if we are successful?

 

Results: How will we track results? How did we do at the end of the year?

Gate Naming Rights

Ownership of the LOCATION gate at Lambeau Field ties KORE_AccountName to one of the most iconic sports venues in the country. The KORE_AccountName Gate will welcome ticket holders as they enter Lambeau Field througout the 2016 season.

 

2017 Inclusions:

 

  • Naming rights to the Lambeau Field LOCATION Gate
  • Branding (logo ID) on the exterior of the KORE_AccountName Gate (gate entrance)
  • Interior branding (signage) inside gate area to highlight KORE_AccountName's brand and initiatives
  • Logo recognition on the following: select game tickets, stadium maps and directional signage

Club Level Naming Rights

In addition to year-round events, thousands of fans will pass thorough the KORE_AccountName club level on gamedays during the 2017 season. The club level is considered the 4th floor east, 4th floor indoor club seats and 6th floor indoor club seats.

Standing Room Only Area Naming Rights

The south end zone hosts over 6,500 fans on gamedays and includes a one-of-a-kind Standing Room Only (SRO) area for 300 Packers fans per game.

 

2017 Inclusions:

 

  • Signage/branding and product inclusion throughout the SRO area as mutually agreed upon. Signage may include, but is not limited to:
    • Directional signage
    • Entrance signage
    • Dedicated signage (ad panels)
    • KORE_AccountName theming throughout area

Loft Naming Rights

The south end zone hosts over 6,500 fans on gamedays and includes a premium offering for Packers fans: the South End Zone Loft. Additionally, this space is rented out and hosts a large number of private events throughout the year for organizations and corporations.

  • Exclusive naming rights: "KORE_AccountName Loft"
  • Logo ID on tickets and stadium maps
  • Signage/branding and product inclusion throughout the South End Zone Loft as mutually agreed upon

Bowl Tickets

During the 2017 season KORE_AccountName will be able to treat VIPs and special guests to the #1 gameday experience in sports. With over 100,000 fans on the season ticket waiting list, Packers game tickets are always in high demand.

  • KORE_TotalQuantity outdoor bowl season tickets for all preseason and regular season home games
  • KORE_TotalQuantity outdoor bowl tickets to KORE_Events mutually agreed upon preseason or regular season home games

This all-inclusive area provides a VIP experience for your guests and features private restrooms, individually padded seats and an interior, climate-controlled, space directly behind the seating area for your guests to step inside. Two private food areas and one main bar exclusively serve the guests inside the MVP Deck.

  • Festival Foods MVP Deck packages for KORE_TotalQuantity guests to KORE_Events mutually agreed upon preseason or regular season home game(s)

Super Bowl

KORE_AccountName will be able to watch the marquee sporting event of the year in person - Super Bowl 52 to be held on February 4, 2018 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota

 

2017 Inclusions:

 

  • KORE_TotalQuantity Super Bowl tickets
  • The right to purchase KORE_TotalQuantity Super Bowl tickets for any Super Bowl through the Packers. Tickets are not guaranteed and are based on availability.
  • The right to purchase KORE_TotalQuantity Super Bowl tickets if the Packers participate in the Super Bowl. Tickets are not guaranteed and are based on availability.

Field Passes

Pre-game access to the Frozen Tundra on gameday makes for once-in-a-lifetime memories.

What better way to reward employees and treat clients than a memorable weekend on the road with the Packers?

 

2017 Inclusions:

 

  • Trip for KORE_TotalQuantity people to a mutually agreed upon preseason or regular season away game. Trip includes round-trip commercial airfare, hotel accommodations and game tickets.

Please submit your top game selection, with departure city of Green Bay or Milwaukee and room count, no later than Friday, May 5, 2017.

Jones Sign: Signage Artwork Guidelines

Jones Sign Company coordinates and produces the Green Bay Packers signage within Lambeau Field. Jones has a PC – Windows based platform for Design.

Please note that all artwork must be pre-approved by the Green Bay Packers Sales & Business Development department prior to production. Please allow one week for approval as some signage will need to be approved by the Packers Signage Committee. Please note the following when submitting artwork.

PC Based Programs: Adobe CS6 (Illustrator, Illustrator EPS as CC or Creative Cloud and Photoshop CS3), EPS files preferred; No Quark or In-Design files or files that originated in Quark will be accepted

MAC Users: Please convert files to PC compatible format before sending to Jones.

File Prep: Create outlines on all text and outline strokes (paths). Please include bleed when applicable. Make certain any placed images are high resolution. Verify all photos are embedded. Verify that there are no linked files.

Vector Art-Illustrator: Vector based (line art) files are required. Please indicate all Pantone or special matching colors.

Sizing: For large format digital output, please see below for the DPI scale. If your file cannot comply to these guidelines, please call Jones and they will determine the best possible DPI for the output.

150 DPI-Full Size Art 200 DPI- 1/4 Scale Art

Please provide a 1/2” minimum bleed on all sides for cropping. Indicate crop lines. Keep important elements in from cropped edge a minimum of 1.5”. Large format files for signs over 7’ x 15’ should be set up with a 6” minimum bleed on all sides. Please set up files as CMYK.

To Send Photo Images: Save as EPS, TIF, AI or hi-res JPEG. No PDF, DOC or WORD please. Please note that photo images cannot be converted to line art. Use CMYK with preferred color profile embedded.

Information to include with job: Please include PMS numbers for colors used, a color correct hardcopy with dimensions, a PDF file for viewing and print of your final artwork with dimensions.

Lambeau Field Signage Guidelines

The redevelopment of Lambeau Field provided the Green Bay Packers with a stadium second to none in the National Football League.

From the historical architectural design elements of the stadium, to the traditional and powerful experiences within the Lambeau Field Atrium, the Packers brand image has been fully realized.

The Lambeau Field visual brand program embodies that vision.  As a gate partner and the sponsor of a premium area, we ask that Associated Bank follow the Advertising Graphic Standards program outlined in the following pages.  By designing your advertising inventory to follow our retro theme, you will realize an authentic opportunity to be a part of the history and glory that is Lambeau Field.

Gate Signage

Ownership of the ENTER gate at Lambeau Field ties SPONSOR to one of the most iconic sports venues in the country. The SPONSOR Gate will welcome ticket holders as they enter Lambeau Field throughout the 2017 season.

To keep with the tradition of Lambeau Field, signage in the outdoor seating bowl has been kept to a minimum. The placement of KORE_AccountName's logo on the north/south video board will provide KORE_AccountName with premium exposure inside Lambeau Field during the 2017 season.

The Tunnel Cover is the only lower level sponsor signage inside Lambeau Field.

Between Packers home games, Family Night, daily stadium tours, and other events, the Packers tunnel along with American Family Insurance’s brand has the potential to be viewed by millions of people each year.

A fun run for children, the Packers 1K Kid’s Run will kick off the first weekend of 2017 training camp. Kids will have the opportunity to take a Lambeau Lap and finish on the mock 50-yard line in the Lambeau Field parking lot.

In 2015 over 1,400 kids participated in the run.

Packers Everywhere Pep Rally Title Sponsor

Shareholders Meeting Display Space

Last year, over 11,500 shareholders attended the annual Shareholder Meeting at Lambeau Field. Held the week prior to training camp, the Shareholders Meeting allows team owners to hear the Packers State of the Team address and receive a preview of the upcoming season from top Packers officials.

Kid's Clinic

High School Coach of the Week

The Green Bay Packers High School Coach of the Week program recognizes one outstanding Wisconsin high school coach each week during the high school football season. Winners are awarded several items, including a $1,000 donation to the school's football program from the Green Bay Packers and the NFL.

At the end of the season, one coach is selected by the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association as the WFCA/Green Bay Packers High School Football Coach of the Year, and is given a $2,000 donation for his football program. The Coach of the Year is recognized at Lambeau Field during one of the Packers final home games.

Fan Hall of Fame

The first professional football team to have a hall of fame, the Green Bay Packers enhanced that distinction in 1998 by establishing a Packers Fan Hall of Fame. It is founded for the purpose of annually honoring a devout and longtime Packers fan.

The nominee who receives the most votes is named as the honorary fan and is inducted into the Fan Hall of Fame. The honoree's name is also permanently displayed in a place of honor in the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame.

Tailgate Tour

Several Packers players, alumni and staff will depart for a five-day journey through Wisconsin and Upper Michigan for the 2017 Tailgate Tour. With Packers enthusiasts far and wide, having a player and/or an alumni appearance is a great way to draw customers and reward employees.

Players will be available for appearances on Tuesdays between the months of September—December. Some exceptions may apply. The Packers will determine an available player/alumni to make the appearance.

Autographed Merchandise

Autographed merchandise is a great way to connect and reward vendors and employees.

A minimum of six (6) weeks notice is required for all commercial shoots. Please allow two (2) weeks for date and location approval from the Packers.

Public Relations

During the 2017 season the Packers Public Relations department will work with KORE_AccountName to write and deploy a press release and /or host a press conference. The press release will be distributed by the Packers to all applicable media contacts.
